By booking and attending any event hosted by Create with Arny, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Participation and Liability

Participation in all events is voluntary. Create with Arnie is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or around the event space. All attendees participate at their own risk, and are responsible for their own well-being.

Health and Safety

While materials used in events (e.g., paints, adhesives, etc.) are generally safe, some individuals may have sensitivities or allergies. By attending, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to handle materials with care, and Create with Arnie is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or damage caused by the use of these materials.

Age Restriction

All events are for adults aged 18 years and older.

Event Minimum Requirement

In order for an event to proceed, a minimum of 5 participants is required. If the minimum number is not met, you will be contacted and offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future event.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the preparation of materials, there is a no cancellation policy. All ticket sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your booking. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Event Changes

Create with Arny reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule an event in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, all participants will be notified, and a full refund will be offered if the event is canceled.

Use of Photos

By attending an event, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on Create with Arnie’s website, social media, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event facilitator at the start of the event.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Create with Arny is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through the Create with Arny website or designated platforms. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
